Objective:
Dante App - SaaS and mobile App for rental network with driver

Business goals:

DanteApp: start-up to search for mobility services provided by rental companies with a driver.

Description of the project:

Rental services with drivers are historically rooted in consolidated organizational structures and do not offer modern digital solutions. DanteApp is set in this sector, allowing users to look for professional transport in total comfort and in compliance with Italian legislation.

The platform covers the whole of Italy and even extends to neighboring countries. Users can book trips or simply ask for quotes. The start-up does not manage transport on its own, but rather, it connects travelers and drivers (NCC).

If a company has a regular driver transport license, then it can apply to be licensed as a service provider. The app has a dual mode: applicant and driver. With a single account, the user can switch from one profile to another.

The APP also stipulates exclusive agreements for registered users (NCC drivers and users) which aim to provide benefits to both customers and partners.

The development of the project paid particular attention to GDPR legislation on data protection and the privacy by design principle. The app asks only for the minimum information required to carry out the service and this information becomes anonymous when it is no longer needed.
